Since September 2012, the Guidance Committee volunteers have been helping students and parents with Bharatiya Vidyalaya logistics such as

• making sure students are in right classes
• making sure students go for the noon prayers in an orderly fashion
• arranging the annual days
• mother’s day picnic
• annual field trip
• contacting the parents in case of any emergency: note when their child is present in the Temple, one parent must always be available in the Temple premises
  The Guidance Committee always needs additional volunteers as it adds more activities to help with.
